Officially a Film Scoring MFA Graduate
It still feels a little surreal to write this: I’ve officially graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Music for Motion Pictures and Contemporary Media from the Film Scoring Academy of Europe.
This programme pushed me in ways I didn’t expect long nights refining cues, learning to trust the hybrid sound that’s always been mine: orchestral writing woven together with the folk textures I grew up with. My Balkan roots and my years as a classical and rock musician finally found a shared language, and I leave this chapter a much more confident composer than the one who walked in.
I’m especially grateful to have been featured in the Academy’s Alumni Spotlight alongside such a talented group of graduates from around the world. This is only the beginning! Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way.
